Barracks

From Red Alert 2

The Barracks is one of the basic buildings in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. Each coalition has its own unique barracks where infantry is trained.

In order to build barracks, a player must normally have also unpacked a construction yard and built either a power plant, tesla reactor, or bio reactor.

The construction of barracks also creates new construction options, allowing more advanced buildings to be built. The barracks also allows the construction of a Pillbox/Sentry Gun, Patriot missle system/Flak Cannon/Gattling Cannon and the simple wall.

All barracks costs $500.

Baracks train normal everday soilders to elite infantry.

Trains: GIs, Attack dogs, guardian GIs, Engineers, Conscripts, Flack Troopers, Tesla Troopers, Crazy Ivans, Initiates, Brutes, Yuri Clones, and the all powerful hero units Tanya, Boris, and Yuri Prime.
